Sure, Nissan Versa saw a series of enhancements mid-2018, from the standardization of a RearView monitor to an upgrade to its audio system, which then incorporated a 7.0-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, support for Siri Eyes Free, and four speakers.
For the 2019 model year, however, the ever-popular SV Special Edition (SE) trim brings a ton of improvements, among them:
- 15-inch wheels in durable aluminum-alloy
- Fog lighting
- Chrome front fascia accents
- A leather-wrapped steering wheel
- A console lid in striking piano black
- Special Edition badging
- Nissan Intelligent Key® access
- Push-button start
- An Easy Fill Tire Alert system to keep you apprised of proper PSI
- NissanConnect infotainment, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for smartphone connectivity, SiriusXM compatibility, and hands-free calling and texting support
Of course, 2019 Versa will hang onto its mainstays for its latest iteration, among them a 109-horsepower, 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine and manual and available Xtronic CVT® transmission options. It’ll even get superb EPA-estimated fuel economy, up to 31 mpg city, 39 mpg highway, and 34 mpg combined with the continuously variable transmission.
